Speakers: Dr. Roland Martinson, serves as Carrie Olson Baalson Professor of Children, Youth, and Family at Luther Seminary, St. Paul, Minnesota. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Concordia College, Moorehead, Minnesota and ordained Pastor of the Lutheran church. In 1993, Dr. Martinson chaired the new curriculum introduced at Luther Seminary and has numerous published works. Martinson is a member of the National Council on Family Relations. |

Dr. Terri Elton serves as an affiliated faculty at Luther Seminary, St. Paul, Minnesota, working with the Children, Youth and Family Ministry team in the area of contextual theology. She served for 16 years at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Burnsville, Minnesota, serving youth, confirmation, and family ministries. Elton has a Ph.D. in congregational Mission and Leadership and an MA in Leadership—both from Luther Seminary. |

Reverend Chris Enstad is Pastor of Youth and Young Adult Ministry at Normandale Lutheran Church, Edina, Minnesota. Pastor Enstad graduated from Gustavus Adolphus College and received the Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary in 2000. Enstad has particular interest in the emerging church movement. He has a strong desire to see bright, young leaders preparing for congregational ministry. He has implemented the Sending Forth ministry in conjunction with the Fund for Theological Education in Atlanta, Georgia. The goal of Sending Forth is to nurture and support strong candidates for pastoral ministry from the congregation. He is married to Carrie and has two daughters, Liv (2 years) and Berit (10 months). |
